January 11, 2007 Variety told us that Warner Bros. acquired the film rights to a book on the death of former KGB Agent Alexander Litvinenko for Johnny Depp's Infinitum Nihil to develop. The book was to be written by New York Times London bureau chief Alan Cowell. Cowell had covered the Litvinko story since November 2006. July 27, 2008 In the Washington Post review of the book about Litvinko by Alan Cowell, the title had changed to A Terminal Spy, and the reviewer, Thomas de Waal, sites that the book is to be "a forthcoming feature film starring Johnny Depp." Click here: Murder Most Foul - washingtonpost.com
